Vaccines play a key role in the prevention and control of infectious diseases in Canada. Many healthcare professionals are involved in some way with vaccination, whether by administering, discussing or recommending vaccines to their patients.
We invite you to participate in a survey that aims to describe the opinions and practices of health professionals in Canada towards vaccination. You can complete the survey even if vaccination is not part of your regular professional activities.
This survey is being conducted by a team from the Centre de recherche du CHU de Québec-Université Laval and is funded by the Fonds de recherche du Québec. The protocol has been approved by the ethics committee of the Centre de recherche de CHU de Québec-Université Laval (project MP-20-2023-6447).
